Why must I set up an account with BTE?Once you enter your name, address and phone number all you will have to do is log in to place an order. With this information it will speed up your delivery. Also it gives us information so if your favorite restaurant offers delivery specials we can let you know. No finacial infornmation is stored. If you want to pay with credit or debit card than you will have to enter the information each time you order. Of course you can pay with check or cash.
Can I call in an order? Yes. BTE will enter the order on our computerized ordering system. Just pick up the phone and give us a call at 912-536-0015.
How can I get a printed menu? At the top right hand corner is an icon for a printable version. Hit the icon and then print. You will have an easily read menu to post on your refrigerator or to pass around.
How much is the delivery fee? The delivery fee is $4.99 per order. If you order one item it is $4.99. If you order six items it is $4.99. That's right just $4.99 an order. For any deliveries over 5 miles from the restaurant we add $1 per mile to cover the extra time and gas for the driver.
What if I want to order on line but don't know how? Just click on the help button. It has step-by-step instructions on how to place an order. Of course we have someone in the office during our operating hours for call in orders.
Can I order from more than one restaurant? Yes. There is a $2.25 charge for each additional restaurant. Please realize it may take a little longer for the driver to deliver to you because of the multiple locations.
Can I pre-order? Yes. We recommend it for large groups such as offices or departments. The BTE office opens at 10:00 a.m. to take orders so that we can get the food to you when you need it. This also gives time to the restaurants to prepare large orders.
Will my food get cold like it does when I do a pick up? We deliver the food to as hot as the restaurant serves it. BTE has purchased top of the line insulated bags for to go containers and pizzas. If it is put in there hot you will receive it that way.
Can I get drinks? Yes, non-alcoholic that is. Just order from the restaurant's drink menu. BTE has specially designed insulated drink carriers that helps slow down the ice melting and spillage of the drinks.
How do I communicate any special requests? After you order an item there is a button labled Customize. Click on it and type in your instructions. Off course if you are calling just tell us.
Can our office pay for orders individually? Yes, we are now able to split payments on multiple meal orders with only the one delivery fee. We can do that with cash or credit card orders paid upon delivery.
